The calculator never phones home.

The calculator collects nothing

The price check runs entirely in your browser. The procedure you pick, the figure you enter and the ZIP or state you type are held in the page and nowhere else. They are not transmitted to us, not written to storage, and not recoverable once you close the tab. Reload the page and it is gone.

This is not a courtesy. It is the point. A tool that quietly harvests the number you are anxious about is not a tool you should trust, so we built it so that it can't.

What happens when you submit a form

If you choose to submit the quote form, the contact form, or the short form on our 404 page, we receive what you typed into it: your name where asked, your email address, the procedure and figure if you supplied them, your ZIP or state if you supplied it, and your message. Submissions are delivered to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet that only we can access.

We use that information to reply to you and, if you have asked us to, to request quotes on your behalf from providers. Where we pass your details to a provider, we pass only what they need in order to quote — procedure, rough timing and a way to reach you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get used. It sets cookies and collects a truncated IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and events such as running the calculator or clicking a WhatsApp link. Where we log a calculator run, we log the procedure and the figure — but never alongside your name, email or anything else that identifies you, because at that point we don't have any of it.

Any browser-level ad or analytics blocker will stop this, and the site works normally without it.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not run advertising on this site, so there are no ad-network trackers here. We do not attempt to identify you across other websites.

Third parties in the chain

Three services see data as a consequence of the site working: Google Analytics for the measurement described above, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for form delivery and storage, and Google Fonts for typefaces. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives in WhatsApp under Meta's terms rather than ours.

Retention and your choices

Form submissions are kept for as long as we may plausibly need to help you, and reviewed periodically. Analytics data follows GA4's own retention settings.

Email andy@colombiamedical.co from the address you contacted us with and we will send you a copy of what we hold or delete it outright, whichever you ask for. We do not require a reason and we do not have a process you have to go through. Depending on where you live you may have rights under the GDPR, the CCPA or similar law; we apply the same approach to everyone regardless.

Children

This site is intended for adults making decisions about their own care. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
